
Self-Love Yin is a slow, supportive practice centered on learning how to stay present with yourself—sensations, breath, and emotions included.
Through long-held, floor-based poses and intentional stillness, we create space for the body to soften without force and for the nervous system to settle without collapsing. This class emphasizes listening over pushing, and care over achievement.
Self-love here is not a mindset or a mantra.
It’s the skill of responding to your body with patience, choice, and respect.
