
Loving Touch + Pilates is a slow, intentional movement experience designed to build strength while reconnecting you to your body with care.
This class blends Pilates-based strength and stability work with moments of guided self-touch and somatic awareness. Touch is always optional and self-directed — used as a way to bring attention, warmth, and presence to the body rather than as performance or instruction to “do more.”
$25 per individual or $40 per couple
