
Blissful Body is a deeply restorative experience designed to guide you from gentle release into profound rest.
The evening begins with a Yin-inspired practice, using supported, longer held shapes to soften tension, create space in the body, and encourage the nervous system to slow down. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice often described as “yogic sleep”, where the body rests while awareness remains gently present.
As you settle into stillness, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments create a calming soundscape, supporting relaxation, restoration, and inner quiet.
